Playing with Pinterest

So I got my first “how to” request from a fan!  She didn’t know it, but yup, I’m considering it a blog post request. 🙂

And so here we go! (Hint: If you can’t see the picture because it’s too small, click on it and it should open up in another window much bigger for you.)

Then click on the hotlink "bookmarklet" because if you're not using Chrome, this is the easier option.
Then click on the hotlink “Pinterest bookmarklet?” because if you’re not using Chrome, this is the easier option.  Then drag that pin it square to your toolbar and you should get something that looks like what I’ve highlighted and circled above.
You can then start a new board and call it whatever you want.  Here's what mine looks like.

I find the book that I was told to read or heard about on NPR that sounded like something I wanted to read.

Once you are on the book site, click your new "Pin It" tab on your toolbar and this will come up.  Pick the picture you want to use by hovering your mouse over the picture and another "pin it" button will appear.

And then voila, you have it on your board and you can go back to it anytime when it's time to figure out what you want to read next!
