Today was the third annual Lunar New Year Festival in Orlando, FL. It was a great time with a parade, exhibitions, and companies/organizations supporting the Asian culture in the Mills50 District. Some companies/organizations make total sense. Others seemed, not like a stretch, but like an interesting way for them to support niche communities and build a relationship with them and their supporters. So, of course, I took pictures of all of them… as well as some of the parade and the moment Orlando proclaimed that today, February 9, 2014, would be known as Wah Lum Day.
